After a trip to Amazon, Alexandra Fructuoso, Alexandrine´s Creative Director, named her new collection “Tribal Brazil”. References and inspirations are well represented by the tribal designs, the flowers of the Amazonian universe and the simple life of a tribe that carries the Brazilian history. The drawings on the bodies of the indians are “transported” to the hand embroidery in shades of white, gold and black.

From the fauna and flora, the pastel tones that reflect the beauty of the plants of the banks of the Negro and Solimoes rivers and where, in their meandering we went to look for sillhouettes of some looks marry the simple details of this region of so many diversities. From the weather, the transparency of the tulle and the layers in musseline and silk gazar emerge. The color palette of the collection comes from various shades of off-white, nude, beige, gray, black, gold, blue, pink and pistachio.
